How do I create a passkey?
The registration for enovetic ID consists of 7 steps, which are explained below.
Step 1 – Accept the terms of use
Read the enovetic ID terms of use carefully and confirm your agreement by clicking the checkbox. The registration cannot proceed without accepting the terms of use.
Step 2 – Personal details
Enter your first name, last name, and date of birth to complete this step.
Step 3 – Email address
Enter the email address you would like to use for your enovetic ID. Since enovetic ID is an SSO service that gives you access to various enovetic applications, we recommend using a long-term, private email address.
You will need to confirm this address in a later step. Make sure you have access to your inbox during the registration process.
Step 4 – Enter and confirm your mobile phone number
Enter your mobile phone number, which must be able to receive an SMS code. Please note that landline numbers are not supported.
Select your country code and enter your number without a leading 0 or country code. Example: Instead of +41 79 123 45 67 or 079 123 45 67, enter 79 123 45 67.
Then enter the SMS confirmation code you received in the designated field. If you made a mistake, you can correct your number using the Change phone number option. You can request a new code after 60 seconds.
Step 5 – Set up an authenticator app
A second factor is required to restore your account in case of emergency. To set it up, scan the displayed QR code with your camera or directly through an authenticator app such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or an alternative app of your choice.
Then enter the 6-digit confirmation code shown in the app into the input field to complete the setup.
Step 6 – Choose your login method
Choose your preferred login method. You have the choice between:
Passkey: The modern, passwordless login method. Secure, fast, and without a password.
Password with authenticator app: The classic login method with an additional second factor via your authenticator app.

Step 7 – Confirm your email address
In the final step, your email address will be verified. Click the confirmation link in the email we sent you. Once you click the link, your registration is complete and you will be automatically redirected to the application.
