If you are using a new mobile phone, you may experience access restrictions to your enovetic ID depending on your chosen login method and password manager. The following scenarios will help you restore access:
You are using Apple Passwords or Google Password Manager
If you have saved your passkey in Apple Passwords or Google Password Manager, it will automatically be synchronised to your new device once you sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account respectively. In this case, no further action is required.
You are using a third-party password manager such as Keeper Security
Sign in to your password manager on your new device. Your passkey should then be automatically available, provided synchronisation is enabled.
You have saved your passkey locally on your old device
If you saved your passkey locally without cloud synchronisation, it will not be available on your new device. In this case, you can Reset credentials
You are using your mobile device as a second factor
If you are using your mobile phone to confirm an OTP code, make sure your authenticator app is set up on your new device. Most authenticator apps such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator offer a built-in backup and recovery function. If you no longer have access to your authenticator app, reset your credentials: Reset credentials
