Reset credentials – Helpdesk enovetic ag

1. Reset credentials

Start the reset dialog by clicking Reset credentials.

2. Enter email address

Enter your registered email address in the input field and confirm the entry.

3. Enter authenticator code

Enter the 6-digit code from your connected authenticator app. Please note that the code is only valid for 30 seconds. If necessary, wait for a new code and enter it promptly.

4. Confirmation email

You will receive an email with a confirmation link. Click this link to proceed with setting up your new credentials. Make sure you have access to your inbox during the process.

5. Create passkey or password

Choose your preferred login method and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset. If you need help creating a passkey, you can find more information here: How do I create a passkey?
