If you do not want to use your mobile device as a second factor, we recommend the passkey option. Since passkeys are based on modern cryptographic technology, no additional second factor is required. The security is already built into the authentication method itself: your passkey is unique, stored directly on your device, and can only be unlocked by you, whether via fingerprint, facial recognition, or PIN. As a result, a passkey alone already offers a higher level of security than a classic password combined with a second factor.
